Below are some of the frequently asked questions by new and existing residents. Please contact us for more information, to schedule a showing, or if you have other questions about life at The Eleven Hundred in Sacramento, California. 

  • What utilities does the resident pay?

    Residents pay SMUD (electricity), PGE, water/sewer/garbage based on unit size and number of occupants.

  • What are the lease terms?

    We offer 3-14 month leases. Short term leases are available with a premium charge.

  • What is the pet policy?

    Pets are allowed at The Eleven Hundred with a $300 pet deposit and $25 pet rent. Please download the Pet Application for complete details.

  • How do I apply?

    For your convenience you can apply on-line. A $50.00 processing fee will be required to begin processing the application.  Each person 18 years of age is required to complete an application separate including if they are married.  Currently we do not accept co-signers.

  • Do you accept co-signers?

    We will accept guarantors.

  • How long will it take to process?

    Once you have paid your application fee and completed the application we can generally complete the process within 48 to 72 hours.

  • What are the office hours?

    9:00-5:30 Daily

  • When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due on the1st of the every month. There is a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Late fees begin on the 4th.

  • Do you have after hours emergency maintenance?

    Yes, if you are a resident with an after hours maintenance emergency that requires immediate assistance please call (916) 275-2076.
